Why choose Bishop Tufnell?
Children at Bishop Tufnell are safe, happy, and cherished. We are proud of the work we do to see our children flourish academically with children achieving strong outcomes as they move on to secondary school, but we are about so much more. Do come and visit us to find out all about how our vision of Belong - Inspire - Grow sees our children flourish.
We would love you to consider us for your child's primary education and to support you to see them thrive in these formative years. Here we capture a few key details about the admissions process but do give us a call if we can support you with this.
How to apply
Bishop Tufnell CE Primary School is a voluntary aided Church of England School and as such the Governors are responsible for determining the admission of pupils. We serve both the local Christian community and the wider community of Felpham and Middleton. We are an inclusive school and welcome applications from all families within our community.
Our admissions policy has the most up to date information regarding both in-year and September admissions into the school and can be viewed on our policies page.
You should apply for a school place in Reception for the following September by January 15th of that year.
If you are applying for a school place during the school year or for a year group other than reception, you can do this at any time.
All details are in our policy on the policies page with further details of dates and processes on the West Sussex School Places website below:
